Had the pleasure to once again be a part of YouTube Rewind – the annual showcase of all things YouTube. It’s always great hanging out with fellow creators and meeting new ones! This year I was able to meet the father/son super team behind What’s Inside. They even gave me a ride back to the hotel after the shoot – great people! Hope to see you again next year, YouTube Rewind!
Having grown up watching Sesame Street it was a great opportunity to get to work with Sesame Studios on a project. I’ve always been interested in creating children’s content long before YouTube even existed.
I’m extremely proud of the Blanket Fort Memory Game and I hope I’m blessed again in the future to make more videos for kids.
Here’s a link to their tweet promoting the video!
I just recently obtained the rights to the mixed media short film I made last year in partnership with 1stAveMachine. I love making short films and it’s something I hope to find the time to do more of in the future. Enjoy!
Back from another outstanding VidCon! Honestly, this was the biggest and best VidCon to date. I’m continually impressed with how much the convention grows each year and all the amazing creators/fans I get to meet.
We did a Vsauce Q&A, a four hour meetup, various panels, a mentorship, and a creator boardroom!
Hope to see you there next year!
After months of discussion, we finally shot a video at The Metropolitan Museum Of Art in New York City. Everyone that works there was incredibly gracious, helpful and enthusiastic. I can’t wait to see how it all turns out.
Here’s a portion of the panel I did for ExpandED hosted by Soledad O’Brien. It was an inspiring event highlighted by author Dale Russakoff. Alongside me is my great friend and writing consultant, Matthew Tabor.
We talk about how YouTube has changed learning and curiosity for people around the world. Enjoy!
Last night Vsauce hosted a bi-coastal exclusive premiere for the new Deadpool movie. Michael and Jake hosted an event in Los Angeles while I hosted one in NYC. The ludicrously nice and funny Ryan Reynolds made a surprise appearance at the NYC event.
The turnout was awesome – the fans were literally screaming when Ryan showed up and everyone absolutely loved the movie (because it’s really really good). I had a great time and I’d like to thank 20th Century Fox for putting the event together.
