Cloud’s Sword From Final Fantasy 7 by Tony Swatton
In November 2013, I had the opportunity to shoot an episode of Man At Arms at the Sword and Stone in Burbank, CA. The show stars blacksmith Tony Swatton who creates famous fictional weapons ranging from Wolverine’s Claws to Link’s Master Sword from The Legend Of Zelda.
Produced by Defy Media, which is a merger between Break Media and Alloy Digital – I appeared in the episode on Bilbo’s Sting sword from The Hobbit. In exchange for this collaboration I made an episode of FAK all about Legendary Swords.
Like all effective YouTube collaborations we were able to send our respective audiences to each other’s channels in order to drive fresh viewers to our content.
Tony is a great and extraordinarily talented guy and the crew was kind enough to let me hold Cloud’s Buster Sword from Final Fantasy 7. Which was ridiculously heavy!
