YouTube instituted a program a couple years ago in which channels that surpass one million subscribers are rewarded with a massive 24-karat Gold Play Button award. This thing is so heavy you literally cannot hang it up unless you do some serious wall mounting.
I love that YouTube rewards top creators on the platform with this and I hope they continue to find new ways to honor and promote those that dedicate their lives to building YouTube into a fresh means of entertainment.
How about something for hitting five million subscribers? Maybe a Tesla? 😉
